He’s an extremely effective strategic leader and change agent, who thrives on identifying and orchestrating innovative solutions to complex business challenges. He also possesses particular expertise and experience in program management of Guidewire InsuranceSuite, implementations, business transformation initiatives and aligning problematic and underperforming operations and IT organizations.

He is highly skilled at working in a complex global environment, bringing together people and solutions, within a unified strategic framework, to meet or exceed sales and delivery objectives.

Jim has spent the last 20 years building Technology Consulting Firms. His core expertise is in business development and sales, but his leadership experience covers a broad spectrum of capabilities, from sales and recruiting to operations and delivery.
Jim has spent the last 10 years working in the Property and Casualty industry, focusing on providing best-in-class Guidewire solutions. Prior to his work in insurance, he built two consulting firms that delivered ERP solutions focusing on Peoplesoft and Oracle platforms.
He graduated from Miami University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
John Worthington

John possesses over 25 years of Information Technology experience, including nine years at Guidewire Software, leading multiple successful implementation and upgrade engagements, as well as managing the Guidewire InsuranceSuite™ 8.0 Early Upgrade Program. John’s leadership led to the first-ever Guidewire InsuranceSuite Upgrade into a Production environment.
With his extensive Guidewire leadership and experience, John has been privileged to speak multiple times on the topic of Guidewire Upgrades at Guidewire’s Annual Connections User Conference.
John holds an MBA from Alaska Pacific University, leads Blackcomb’s Guidewire Upgrade practice, and participates as one of Blackcomb’s key Guidewire Architects.
Francois Gravel

Francois Gravel is an experienced, hands-on application architect focusing on the implementation and deployment of Guidewire software. He brings over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. Since 2005, Francois has been serving on Guidewire implementations projects, including some of the largest deployments, where he has been providing technical leadership.
Francois received his Bachelors in Computer Science in 1996, and holds technical certifications for Guidewire InsuranceSuite, Amazon AWS and Java.
